Jamaica is ready to invite you once again to the beautiful and exotic city of music, Kingston. Your quest of endurance will be fulfilled by one of the most magnificent marathon courses in Jamaica!

DAY 1: Arrival Airport Transfer (KIN) and Hotel Check-In

Upon arrival to Jamaica, when exiting the Norman Manley International Airport (KIN), a friendly representative will be outside the arrivals exit to greet you and check you in for your transfer. Simply show a copy of your confirmation voucher (printed or electronic) and within a few minutes, you will be escorted to your vehicle and driver who will take great care of you on your way to your hotel. While the Kingston Airport is the host city airport, transportation services from the Sangster International Airport (MBJ) are available as an optional extra for those arriving in Montego Bay, Jamaica.

Relax and enjoy your shuttle on what promises to be a pleasant journey to your hotel! Vehicles are air-conditioned and spacious for comfort. 

DAY 2: Bob Marley Museum, Race Course Highlight and Lifestyle Fitness Expro - 9:00 AM Departure

Today you will set out to get familiar with the race course with a highlight drive along the route the race is to take. Along the course, Kingston offers a range of site of historical and cultural significance including the Bob Marley Museum. Enter the Museum and allow settings to envelop you with the sights and sounds of Bob, as you take a guided tour of this Jamaican Heritage site. Your friendly, charming and knowledgeable guides will escort you through the grounds, which include the Main House, Exhibition Hall, Theatre, Gift Shop and Café.

Continue your drive along the remainder of the race course and on the way back to New Kingston, you have the option of having a lunch (meals and drinks not included) at one of Jamaica's famous jerk centres, enjoying the delicious meal with an ice cold Red Stripe beer or tropical fruit drinks, after which you will then join the Lifestyle and Fitness Expo hosted by the Kingston City Marathon organizers. At the end of the expo, enjoy a comfortable drive back to your hotel.

Day 3: Race Day - 4:30 AM Departure

The City of Kingston is renowned for its rich history and culture. The run route will bring you the experience of the beautiful city, the mountain backdrop, and the many sights of cultural and historical significance. The sights and sounds around you, breathing in the fresh air as you take each stride on your run. So come and have Kingston and its alluring beauty be the ushers to one of your life’s runners milestones. The Start/Finish line of the race is in the New Kingston area, near our Emancipation Park.

At the end of the race, following the post-race ceremony, your driver will return to provide transportation back to your hotel.

Day 4 - Hotel Check-out and Airport Departure Transfer
Check out of your hotel and enjoy a comfortable drive to the Airport for your departure flight. Check-out and departure time from your hotel will ensure that you arrive at the airport three(3) hours prior to your flight departure time.
